In Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, a revolution in the transportation sector is quietly changing the way citizens travel—Azerbaijan has introduced the new electric buses from Xiamen Golden Dragon, China, equipped with Cibei's independently developed Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), injecting new intelligence and green energy into the public transportation of this "Pearl of the Caucasus."

In 2015, under the Azerbaijani national stake, the region's largest private passenger transport company was established. This company has been deeply engaged in the industry for over 20 years, always driving service upgrades through innovation. The company has restructured its business system according to modern standards, becoming a benchmark for Azerbaijan's transportation modernization. This time, Cibei Technology assists its leapfrog transformation from traditional passenger transport to a smart transportation operator.

Cibei Technology equips buses with auxiliary functions such as route signs, monitoring, TV, ADAS, DMS, and station announcements, further enhancing the performance and safety of the buses.

Paired with the ITS system, it can store and upload vehicle body data, battery data, and other information to the cloud platform via CAN, enabling real-time monitoring of vehicle operation information, vehicle body data, battery data, etc., providing data support services for vehicle operation, maintenance, and daily management. The platform can generate and display vehicle alarm information and status, including real-time and historical recorded data, enabling timely warnings. This achieves real-time cloud monitoring of the entire vehicle data in the project, providing a "digital intelligence" foundation for Baku's bus operations.
